Enel privacy statement pursuant with EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR")
Controller of Personal Data processing
Enel Produzione S.p.A., with registered office in Rome, at Viale Regina Margherita 125, VAT number 05617841001 (hereafter "Enel" or "The Controller"), as controller of the processing, will process your personal data provided in compliance with the provisions of the applicable legislation on privacy and the protection of personal data and by this statement.
Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Purposes and methods of processing
Enel will process the personal data you have provided in the non-binding expression of interest in the "Futur-e" platform (first name, surname, date and place of birth, address, nationality, VAT number, mobile, landline and fax number, email address).
For the purposes of this policy, processing personal data is intended as any operation or set of operations, also carried out with the aid of the automated processes and applied to personal data, in compliance with current legislation concerning personal data privacy ("GDPR").
We inform you that this Personal Data will be processed manually and/or with the aid of computerised and/or telematic means.
The purpose and legal basis of the processing
Enel will process your personal data exclusively for the assessment of your non-binding project proposal regarding the redevelopment of Enel’s Campomarino industrial site. The data will be processed directly by the Controller or those authorised by Enel for purposes concerning only those outlined above.
Any refusal to provide this data and agree to its processing will prevent Enel from proceeding with the evaluation of the project proposal attached to the Declaration of Interest.
The legal basis for the processing is your consent via the signature below this statement.
Recipients of Personal Data
Your Personal Data will be made accessible for the aforementioned purposes:
- to the employees and collaborators of the Controller directly authorised to process the data or the companies managed and coordinated by Enel S.p.A. involved in the management of the "Futur-e" initiative
- to third-party companies or other parties ("Third Parties") who perform certain outsourced activities on behalf of Enel in their capacity as external processors, in compliance with the GDPR, including the company managing the Platform.
The Personal Data will also be communicated to the Politecnico in Milan for evaluation of the project proposal.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your Personal Data will be processed within the European Union and stored on servers located within the European Union.
Period of Personal Data storage
The Personal Data processed for the purposes set out above will be stored in compliance with the principles of proportionality and necessity, and in any case until the purposes of the processing have been pursued.
Your Personal Data will be generally kept as long as your relationship with the Data Controller exists, and will in any case be deleted automatically five years after the industrial site that is the subject of the initiative has been transferred.
Rights of data subjects
Pursuant to Articles 15 - 21 of the GDPR, in relation to the Personal Data communicated, you have the right to:
- access and request a copy
- request its correction
- request its deletion
- obtain a restriction of processing
- object to the processing
- receive data in a format that is structured, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, to exercise portability rights.
